Stop 3 - Lunch and wagon tours on Historic Independence Square

Enjoy lunch at Clinton's Soda Fountain with an Ice Cream treat. Take a covered wagon tour with Pioneer Trails Adventures and the Wrangler as he spins tales of the past (must call for a reservation 816-456-4991).

Stop 4 - Puppetry Arts Institute

Tour the puppet museum, paint a puppet head, dress it in a costume and perform an impromptu show. Free finger puppet.

Stop 5 - Harry S. Truman Library and Museum

Take part in a variety of discovery area activities related to Truman's life, dress up in period clothes to look like Margaret, Bess and Harry, compete in a "race" to see who will arrive at Bess's home faster from the Truman Farm in Grandview, make a campaign buttons and a "Buck Stops Here" sign.
