Description:
The 39th Street Improvements, Noland Road to Crysler Avenue improves 39th Street from the existing condition to a 3-lane street with curbs, sidewalks, new drive approaches and an improved storm sewer system. This project is being administered jointly with Jackson County Missouri.
Update: This project is now in the acquisition phase. Right-of-way and or easements will need to be obtained from seventy-six (76) property owners.
