Property Management Division

Property Management is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and upgrading the various facilities of the City in such a manner as to provide the citizens, as well as the employees a completely safe, functional, accessible, and comfortable environment. Staff includes the Properties Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, four Maintenance Workers, and five Custodians. The division also provides real estate services including acquisition, relocation, value estimates, surplus property and studies. They are located in the Building Maintenance Shop.
