Fleet Maintenance Division

The Fleet Maintenance division is responsible for maintaining the City’s fleet, comprised of 326 units of automobiles, pick up trucks, heavy trucks and construction equipment. They handle acquisition, repairs, preventative maintenance, fuel management, and inventory of the City’s 50,000 automotive and equipment parts and maintenance manuals for all City equipment. They also fabricate and weld for all departments. Staff includes the Garage Supervisor, Clerk, Parts Inventory Clerk, two Auto Mechanics and four Heavy Equipment Mechanics. They are located at the Central Garage.
