Engineering Division

This Division manages engineering services for street, storm and sanitary sewer projects; performs construction inspections, contract administration and permitting for Public Works projects; provides traffic engineering and infrastructure management; prepares technical specifications and documents for contracted projects; reviews building permit applications and plans for public improvements by private developers; and inspects erosion control and right-of-way construction. Staff includes the Assistant Director, Program Manager, four Engineers, Engineering Administrator, GIS Technician, four Construction Inspectors, and seven Engineering Technicians. They are located on the third floor of City Hall.
