Wake Up Workout
Our instructor will guide you through careful low impact aerobic moves that will help you burn fat calories, tone your muscles, and improve your overall cardiovascular health - all to great motivating music.

Stretch & Tone
Maintaining strength & endurance is one of the most important things you can do as you age. This functional strength training class will include the use of light dumbbells, dynabands, and tubes.

Sittin’ Fit
Are you new at exercising or need to take it easy for a while? Stay seated while a volunteer leads you through major muscle group movements.

PEPPI
PEPPI helps you work on core strength in order to balance effectively and prevent falls. This nationally recognized program is co-sponsored by the Independence Health Department.  Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 10:15-11:00 a.m.

ZUMBA Gold
Zumba fuses hypnotic latin and international rhythms with easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout.

Walking
Walk to the Beat: A special hour is set aside to walk to specialized music for a properly paced walking workout. Fridays, 2-3 p.m.

Line Dance Lessons
Join the Beginners Line Dancing Workshop every Monday and Friday from 12:05 - 12: 25 p.m. and Open Line Dancing from 12:30 -1:30 p.m. $1, no pre-registration required.

Senior Tap Dance Lesson
Listen as your feet rhythmically strike the floor to the tunes in this basic tap dance class, and experience a whole new way to have fun. Beginner and Intermediate classes available.

Pickleball
This exciting competitive game focuses on agility, shot placement, and strategy, as opposed to power. Thursdays, 1 - 5:30 p.m. & Saturdays, 1-5 p.m.
Beginner lessons available the 1st and 3rd Thursday each month at 12:00 p.m.
No fee or pre-registration required.

Afternoon Dance
Dance to live music by The Ed Smith Band. Wednesdays, 1-3:15 p.m. $3, no pre-registration required.
