50+ Wave Makers Club
Come walk the Lazy River. See what you can accomplish in one or both of the four-week sessions. There are incentives to help you reach your lap goals.
Meets Monday and Wednesdays 9:15 - 10 a.m.*
Sessions:


Lap Swimming
Increase your cardiovascular fitness by swimming lengths in our 25-yard lap pool.  Water depths varies from 3-12 feet.
Mon-Thur 10:15 - 11 a.m.*

Sessions:

Water Aerobics

Workout without worry! Aquatic exercise uses the natural resistance of water to guarantee a great workout while cushioning the joints to provide a safe workout for all ages and abilities. Strengthen and tone muscles, while increasing cardiovascular endurance.
Mon-Thur 7 - 8 a.m.*

Sessions:


Water Aerobics/Yoga
30 minutes of water aerobics, followed by 30 minutes of land yoga. Find your inner balance through low-impact water exercise and yoga in the summer air. This class will be held outside. Participants should bring: swimsuit, towel, and yoga mat.
Mon-Thur 8 - 9 a.m.*

*Friday is a make-up day in case of inclement weather.
