Come walk the Lazy River. See what you can accomplish in one or both of the four-week sessions. There are incentives to help you reach your lap goals.
Workout without worry! Aquatic exercise uses the natural resistance of water to guarantee a great workout while cushioning the joints to provide a safe workout for all ages and abilities. Strengthen and tone muscles, while increasing cardiovascular endurance.
30 minutes of water aerobics, followed by 30 minutes of land yoga. Find your inner balance through low-impact water exercise and yoga in the summer air. This class will be held outside. Participants should bring: swimsuit, towel, and yoga mat.
