Restaurant Inspections
The following definitions describe the type of violations inspectors are looking for:
- Critical Violation - Is a violation that relates directly to factors which lead to Foodborne Illness
- Non-Critical Violation - Is a violation that relates to maintenance and cleanliness of Food Service operations
All critical violations are corrected within 72 hours by food service
establishments even though inspection report on Web-Page does not indicate correction.
