The Administrative Division is responsible for the overall management of the Fire Department. The Division establishes policy, processes payroll, administers the budget, and serves the personnel of the Fire Department. This Division also ensures that strategic goals and objectives meet the vision and mission of the Department. The Division coordinates the personnel issues for 168 employees in the five different divisions.

The most vital role undertaken by Fire Administration is coordination of customer service. The Division serves as a liaison between the Department and other cities, the International Association of Firefighters Local 781, the public, the business community, the press and other departments of the City. This Division consists of one Administrative Specialist II, one Administrative Specialist III, and one Fire Chief.
