Commercial Facade Program
Seeks to improve older commercial areas by improving physical appearance of commercial buildings built prior to 1952. The program makes available matching grants of $10,000.00 per façade visible from the public right of way up to a maximum of $25,000.00 for exterior rehabilitation of commercial and mixed use structures.
