 33rd Annual Mayor's Prayer Breakfast
City 7 presents the 33rd Annual Mayor's Prayer Breakfast, hosted by Independence Mayor Don Reimal. Area community leaders gather each year to fellowship with each other and reflect on the holiday season. This year's one-hour program features a musical selection from I Land and speaker Clyde Ray Webber, Jr., Clerk of Court for Concordia Parish, Louisiana. Webber's presentation is "A Visit to the Bone Yard," a humorous look at people's different personalities with an inspirational message mixed in. A production of the Independence Communications Division. Approximately one hour.

Finding Missouri is a series of 18 videos, each focusing on a particular topic in Missouri history. City 7 presents a few videos at a time each week. Mortgage Solutions Public Meeting
The City of Independence joined U.S. Rep. Emanuel Cleaver II in sponsoring a public meeting to discuss home foreclosures on Wednesday, May 28 at the Palmer Senior Center.
