The Japanese Sister City Association provides a forum for the exchange of information, ideas and people with the citizens of Higashimurayama, Japan, sister city of Independence.
The objective is to promote mutual understanding, respect and friendship through cultural, economic and other exchanges on people-to-people, city-to-city basis.
All interested citizens are invited to participate in Sister City activities.
