Excellence Award Winners

In order to receive an Excellence Award, an establishment must meet the following five(5) criteria.

  1. In compliance with a current Health Permit
  2. Employees in 100% compliance with a current Food Handlers Permit
  3. No critical point violations on an unannounced inspection report
  4. Two(2) or less non-critical violations on two(2) consecutive Routine inspections
  5. No verified complaints in past six(6) months
