All adopted animals will require a series of vaccinations after they go home. Adult dogs and cats should receive a second Distemper "combo" booster vaccination two weeks after they were vaccinated at the Shelter. Ask your vet about these.

Always keep a current Rabies Tag on your dog or cat. If the tag is lost, contact your veterinarian for replacement at a minimal fee. A rabies tag includes the telephone number of your veterinarian's clinic, which if your pet is lost enables someone to locate you through records kept by your veterinarian.

Dogs and Cats can now be Spayed when in heat. Ask your veterinarian for more information.
