Restaurant Inspections
The following definitions describe the type of violations inspectors are looking
for:
- Critical Violation - Is a violation that relates directly to factors which
lead to foodborne illness
- Non-Critical Violation - Is a violation that relates to maintenance and cleanliness
of Food Service operations
All critical violations are corrected within 72
hours by food service establishments even though inspection report on Web page does
not indicate correction.
